Blue Paddle

Another tasting from Brew Ha Ha.

Appearance: Clear straw color with minimal head.
Aroma: Crisp smell of fresh cut grass and wheat fields.
Taste: A bit of banana and pear notes in the beginning to mid-taste finishing with the usual sour barnyard bitterness characterized by most pilsners. Maybe a little buttery.
Mouthfeel: Smooth mouthfeel and light body. High carbonation adds to a clean, crispy finish.
Overall Impression: I feel the finishing bitterness cleans the palate leaving just the sense of a thirst quenching lager.

89/100
